Meet the Team
Emma McGarvey
Head Coach
Emma is the Owner and Head Coach at Valkyrie Fitness and is responsible for delivering and programming the member sessions. Emma has trainined women of all shapes, sizes and ages for over 5 years and has a wealth of understanding when it comes to female training. Emma understands that women have unique health and fitness requirements and require an adaptable coach to cater for any injuries or natural wellbeing impacts such as pregnancy and menopause.
Chloe Dickinson
Coach
Chloe is a coach at Valkyrie Fitness and brings prior experience of training in a womens only environment. Chloe is Level 2 gym instructor qualified and Level 3 Personal Training qualified, so has the technical knowledge to deliver quality sessions whilst also understanding the unique requirements that women typically have. Chloe has a passion for fitness and personal development of our members, and has demonstrated this in her own personal fitness journey by running multiple marathons in recent times.
Angela McGarvey
Pilates Instructor
Angela is the Valkyrie Fitness Pilates instructor. Angela has multiple qualifications that enable her to be a world class Pilates instructor, including Level 2 Fitness Pilates RQF, Level 3 Diploma in Delivering Pilates Sessions RQF, and even Level 3 Award in Designing Pre/Post Natal Exercise Sessions RQF. Angela's Pilates approach enables paticipants to have a well-guided experience with step by step instructing and form guidance to ensure best results and lowest risk of injury.
